The service and its operator
e-Marking is operated by Site coordinator as a fictional Roblox school examination and marking simulation. By creating an account or using its private portals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portals. You may contact the coordinator with questions before registering.
Marks, grades, boundaries, candidate numbers, appeal letters and investigation decisions produced here are roleplay or practice outcomes. They are not recognised qualifications, official exam-board decisions or real disciplinary findings. The service is independent of Roblox and real examination boards unless an actual partnership is expressly identified.
Accounts and access
Provide an email you control and accurate information about your requested account role. A fictional school or roleplay display name can be used where appropriate. Registration does not guarantee approval, a staff role or school access. The coordinator decides account permissions and may require email verification.
Keep login credentials private, change temporary passwords at first sign-in and do not share an examiner or officer account. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Report suspected compromise promptly. The coordinator may change roles, revoke sessions or suspend accounts to protect records and investigate misuse. Do not try to access another school's records or work not assigned to you.
Appropriate use
Use the service for authorised school roleplay, practice and examination administration. Do not harass users, impersonate a real organisation, falsify another user's identity, upload unlawful or abusive material, send spam, distribute malicious files or interfere with the website. Do not misrepresent roleplay results as real qualifications.
Use fictional candidate and investigation records. Do not submit real pupils' educational records, real safeguarding allegations, medical information or identification documents. Users who are minors must follow any applicable age requirements for the hosting, sign-in and email services and obtain adult support where those services require it.
Materials you upload
Upload only materials you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your own content. You give the operator permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the requested marking, school, appeal and support workflows. This permission does not transfer ownership.
You must not upload exam-board papers, copyrighted mark schemes, images or other materials without the rights required for your use. Authorised users may download or view a script through the relevant approval workflow; permission to access the portal is not permission to publish someone else's material elsewhere.
Marking, reviews and automated features
Examiners should follow the supplied mark scheme, record honest decisions and submit only work they have checked. Schools are responsible for the fictional candidate entries and coursework they submit. Senior reviews and appeals operate according to the coordinator's procedures.
Question detection, OCR, allocation suggestions and multiple-choice automation can make mistakes. Review detected questions, maximum marks and scheme matches before releasing papers. Automated marks remain subject to the service's quality-control and correction processes. Results and grade boundaries require coordinator approval. Review outcomes may increase, decrease or leave a score unchanged.
Email and applications
Submitting an application or enquiry authorises a relevant service response; it does not guarantee school registration. Coordinators must check recipients and message content before sending. The linked email service and Reply-to mailbox have their own terms and delivery limitations. A message marked sent in the portal means the sending service accepted it, not that the recipient received or read it.
Account creation, verification and recovery depend on the available sign-in and email arrangements. The operator does not promise uninterrupted delivery or access to a particular email provider.
Privacy and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy explains the use of account details, contact messages and portal records. Respect the confidentiality of scripts, marks, applications and review material. Share them only with people authorised to receive them, and use the access-to-script approval process where applicable.
Availability and ending access
The service may be changed, maintained or temporarily unavailable. The coordinator may restrict or end access for a breach of these terms, security concerns or closure of the simulation. Where practical, the coordinator will explain a restriction and accept a request to review it through the contact form.
Records may be deleted when no longer needed, following a privacy request where applicable, or through a coordinator factory reset. A reset removes application data and cannot be undone through the portal. The service does not promise permanent storage or recovery of deleted material.
Responsibility and your rights
This service is provided for voluntary roleplay and practice. You should check outputs and keep your own copies of materials you are entitled to retain. The operator does not guarantee that the service is error-free or suitable for official education, employment or regulated examination decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or removes rights you have under applicable law. Contact the coordinator about an error, complaint or dispute so it can be reviewed. These terms do not claim that simulated sanctions have legal effect.
Changes and contact
The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. The operator may ask you to accept changed terms before continued portal use. Contact the coordinator through the website contact form for account, content or service questions.
